Upgrade & Support Scheme

This scheme is only available to users who have purchased the Perfect Lite software package (Item 1 on price schedule)

It enables the registered user to receive (after paying the required subscription fee for each user licence) support on using any of the components of the Perfect Lite software package.

This support includes the following during the period up to and including the 30th June in the year of subscription:

- Download of software component upgrades to the current software versions at the Upgrade & Support Customers Area

- Personal support via email or telecon to assist software installation and to resolve issues with software use

- Where an organisation has more than one user licence and all licences have an active subscription, then the support includes the option of a Multi-Licence with a single serial number to simplify deployment and maintenance for all active licences
